question about strange noise

my 03 has 32,000 miles and brake pads were pretty thin so i replaced all of um and got my rotors resurfaced a few days ago. now when i get above 40 or 50 mph i hear this high pitched squeaking comming from my right front tire. it gets worse the faster i get, but it goes away when i brake hard. i did a seach and there maybe something stuck inbetween the pad and the rotor. any other sugesstions before i jack the car up and take the wheel off?

What kind of pads? And did you break them in properly?

It's just your pads squeeking. You probably didn't use copper anti-seize compound, or use enough of it, and possibly didn't use/re-use the proper shims...

I could have had the wheel off before you finished posting this thread. It takes about a minute. Just take it off and look.
