Installed wheel spacers Help!!!

Hey guys I just got the car back from Works and got 15mm wheel spacers. When I was driving home the steering wheel started to shake the faster I went went. It would then stop and then come back again. Any suggestions? Thanks -Johncy

Did you put on new rims/tires?

You probably need an alignment....

Are they hubcentric on both the hub and the wheel side?

I did not get new rims nor tires but the spacers I got were 15mm and when I saw them laying flat on my table, they were not even with the table. It was just a little uneven. Should I go to a machine shop and have them evened up? Thanks -Johncy
