do a search for autozone or autoparts pads, because there was a thread by someone using them and said that they were just as good for the street, but i don't know, i'd feel better with hawks or project mu's for about $60 more bucks.Originally Posted by Kshatriya
I'm also changing the pads on my evo, the dealership quoted me about $300.00. I've tried NAPA, pepboys, and Discount Autoparts and the prices are ranging from $60-$100 for both the front and rear brake pads. Do you guys know if there are many differences from stock, if its horrible to put them on or just any input.

if you are only changing the rear pads make sure not to change to a more aggressive compound as that will shift brake bias to the rear very badly.
