Toe Change as a Result of Ride Height Change

Has anybody been able to quantify how much, and which direction the toe changes as you raise or lower the car using coilovers?

What I'd like to know is if I lower the car 1/2" for the track, how much has the toe changed in or out. This is most important in the front, but also may affect the rear toe as well.

Thanks,

Mark
