Check out the Vendor section and do a search for brakes. The guys over at Racing Brake hooked me up and the price couldn't be beat by any of the competitors.

Project Mu does not offer a 2 piece rear rotor

as mentioned, there is no practical point in it

There is a point in it for those that use brake diverter valves and use the rears a little more on certain tracks. My rears are at 13.5 inches and lighter than stock.

I used baer eradispeed plus (2 piece, aluminum hat) on my 03 8 fr and rear and loved them.also used hawk hps pads with goodridge ss lines. Trent from buschur bought my 03 and i wonder if he did any changes to the braking system. I sure as hell know he did some power upgrades (LOL). he ran 11.3 at 123mph i believe back to back 4 times with one 11 .2 or 4 at the same speeds (122-123),now thats consistency.

No practical purpose? So having lighter wheels must serve no practical purpose either?

hence why I put PRACTICAL point. I did not say there is no point. Yes having lightweight wheels can help - if it's part of an overall goal. But if you think the car is going to do something remarkable with an extra 15 lbs, 20 or even 50 lbs shaved from it, at least on a day to day basis, it's not. For those who are strictly trying to get the car at a minimum weight for their class, then yes, it can be just another step towards that goal, just like wheels, and stripping the interior and removing the a/c and going on a diet

Spot on. Get some 2-piece discs up front (where it counts) and 1-piece for the back.

It depends on where you shave that weight from. As mentioned, if it's unsprung, rotating weight that loss would be HUGE. But, my auto-x class doesn't allow 2-piece rotors ...
