I have it, and I would guess maybe 10lbs for everything, but probably closer to 7lbs.

Thanks! That's what I was hoping for. Would you recommend this product?

Get with Mitsuorder. I believe he weighed his before install, and as far as I know, he is still running it.

I honestly have tracked the car but a couple times, and I didn't notice a huge difference. It does make the inside of the trunk look and makes spots to holding all my cleaning supplies

Stephen, I installed my trunk cage today. As I'd seen a pic of yours, I was going to use it for reference until I started to assemble the cage. I hate to say this, but yours is installed incorrectly. The mounting points for the cage need to be secured to the strut bar mounts. That's what makes it into a rigid structure. You have yours sitting on the strut bar, so the cage isn't doing much of anything. I suspect that it's responsible for some clacking, metal-to-metal noises when you drive.

I took a test spin (on a closed road) and I have to say that I'm impressed. The rear didn't feel nearly as unsettled when I pitched the car, especially when the road conditions were less than perfect. It was a very noticeable difference. I need to get more quality seat time, but so far so good.

I purchased the cage from Z1 Performance. Their service was excellent and I will not hesitate to shop there again.

I don't think it comes with instructions. At least mine didn't.

Seeing how much I'm enjoying the effect of the cage, I can't help and wonder whether I should install some chassis underbraces.
