Can anyone tell me how to add negative camber using hks upper camber plates or any camber plates for that matter?

 

Slide the top of the strut inward toward the engine. You should ony do this on an alignment rack or you could end up with too much/uneven negative camber. Plus any time you change the camber you need to adjust toe or the tires will scrub and wear out very quick.
