I was just wondering if any Evo 4 or 5 owners out there did the AYC change themselves at home?
Apparently, my car is one of the affected ones, and I'll check (behind center console) the AYC to see if the ecu has been changed. I don't know if I can just take the car to a local Mitsu dealer here in NY and expect them to do the job for me, or am I mistaken, can I expect them to change it? Should I trust their work?
If it's something simple like just changing the ecu, then I can easily do it in ten minutes. If there's testing involved, how can I conduct this?
