Having rubbing issues, please help!

Ok guys,

I just picked up a set of:

VOLK TE37 - Matte Black - 18x8.5 et30

Wrapped in:

BFGoodrich g/Force KDW T/A 245/40/18

I am lowered in Tein S. Tech's. I have not yet driven the car since I have had the rims on because I am at school but When I was looking at it, it does seem to be close in the rear.

I was wondering if someone out there had the same set up and could tell me if they have rubbing or not?

I dont really want to roll my fenders, I guess if I have to I will. I love these tires and dont really want to get rid of them.

My other choice is to run 245/35/18's.

I dont know what to do. If some of you could help me out that would be great, Thanks.

Give me your opinions on what you would do. Thanks again

Bobby

Lose the tein s-techs, they are garbage and hurt your handling, not to mention make it hard to fit any tires wider than stock.

Jim Patterson: Thats what I was thinking of doing. I was thinking Tanabe GF210's. Do you think these would work?

Thanks

Those would work, but there are better springs out there like the swifts or the espeliers(SP?).

To run those wheels, you'll still have to roll the fenders. Yes someone out there might be willing to build you a set of coilovers that will stop you wheels from hitting. But then your car wouldn't work right ;-) The wheels have to be able to go both down and up.

Good luck!
