Are tien flex struts revalvable?

I have the tien flex coil overs with EDFC installed on my car and to tell you the truth, i dont like the way it rides/handles. It wallows on the freeway and understeers like a pinto. I was wondering if I could get them revalved to solve this problem. I have been fiddling with the setting on the edfc and keep it on full stiff front/rear. Full soft feels absolutly dangerous.
Any help is appreciated.

Any coilover should be rebuildable and revalved to work with different springs. Prices for revalve or overhaul range from the $80ish - $125ish per shock, depending on manufacturer and model of shock ... be thinking of about $500ish total ...

EDIT: just checked the link its not there anymore but you can email TEIN ...
