Swifts or Tanabe, you cant go wrong. Dont listen to anyone that tells you to put TEIN springs on your car.

First thing you need to do after dropping it, is get an alignment though. It will actually handle worse until then.

Just did the change over from S-techs to the Swifts= swift rear sway bar..and it defintely handles 100% better. Dont do the teins!!
Install was pretty easy with a $40 electric impact wrench. Took me about 4 hours for install for first time attempt.

tanabes are good springs. they just arent great springs like swift. I have one gripe with them thouugh. Maybe it may get better after the alignment. I believe its the rebound that's a bit more apparent after installing the swifts. Over harsh bumps and very bad pavement, the car bounces really hard once after each initial input. This is probably due to the spring rates being stiffer. On the highway and regular roads, the very subtle inconsistentsies are far less appearent. So, as of right now, the ride is not the same as stock nor is it worse than or better than stock. The ride quality is equal to but different than stock if that makes sense. Again, until I get an alignment, I won't know the real ride. They were installed on a 06 Gsr. Good luck guys.

Do swift or Elipiser GT. Both are great springs. Do a swaybar and endlinks as well to finish off the suspension. You will love it!

I live in the sticks and there's alot of open road around. Driving on curvy roads was very unpredictable/unsafe. The ride was harsh over bumps. The only positive thing i got out of it was the bad *** stance while parked. Just like the box says. "Dress up kit".
Now, along with the rear sway bar its completely night and day. It's not as low but, I really don't want to sacrifice performance over looks ANYMORE!!!

just my .02

HOTCHKIS!! I would consider looking at their springs as well. I have them and they handle close to stock and the drop is perfect IMO. People on here have had them for 20k even 30k miles and their struts are still good to go.
