A good tech can make your printout look like it's the best alignment in the world when in reality it's a few degrees off. At least these guys were honest.

I do alignments almost everyday. a negative reading on a Hunter laser alignment rack is toe pointing out. a positive reading is toe pointing in. If u have ever done a caster sweep u would know that, do to saving the before measurements after the sweep.

very true you can unlevel the heads or play with the slide plates. Or have a partner in crime and have some push on a wheel while u hit the print button.
