HELP with my brake pads!

Hey everyone, the front of my car has been "rattleing" over small bumps lately. The rattleing is very inconsistent, metal on metal type of thing. I pretty much narrowed it down to it beeing my front HAWP HPS brake pads. They started to "clunk" like the rears clunk for some of you guys at low speeds amd I think they are causing the rattle.
I used the original shims during the install which was over 4 months ago. Does anyone know how to eliminate this. Thanks

I knew that this was the case on the rears, and thats why after couple days I went to stockers in the back, but is this also applies for the front?
