Do I have extended studs?

I know this question might be a little weird, but i did try to search for it.

I'm running stock size wheels (Work Emotion CR Kai's) and tires, 17x8 with 235/45 wheels with a +32 offset, and the lugnuts don't seem to lock down the wheels. i tried with normal closed ends and also tried the Work RS ones (should be the same). i locked down the nuts all the way but the wheels are still loose. my old wheels (velox zeta 8s that came with the car) used a spacer, so i used them again for these wheels and it worked out good, but i'd rather not run spacers since i really don't wanna roll my fenders.

So.... does it look like i have extended wheel studs or does the EVO come like this. I bought the car used not too long ago so i don't know if it comes like this.

thanks again!

it is not a matter of what quality they are.....it is a matter of what works for your situation.....you know that closed ended lugs are having issues and that the wheel is loose. So go get some extended lugs(like volk extended) or get open ended ones.
