I just bought some jic flt-a1 coilovers and i took them apart to clean them. i'm having trouble finding directions on settings and how they should be adjusted.

i've done many suspension swaps before, so i can do the install. the only problem is i haven't assembled a full set of coilovers before so i dont know where to set them at. i checked jic's website and their documentation page with adjustment specs isn't working.

can anyone give me some info on how to get these bad boys ready for install?
