Lower Spring?

Hey guys

Ive been searching around and was wondering if anyone might be able to help me. I have a 2005 Evo 8 MR and I am looking to do lowering springs for my car. I have a lot of friends that have reg 8's with hotchkis springs on them and i really like the way there cars sit, but i have heard for the MR perhaps this isnt the best spring. I have seen the Swift MR springs but dont really know if they make the car sit just right. When the Hotchkis springs are on evo they look perfect front to back. Would u recommend stay away from them for the MR? and if so what spring can i put on the MR to lower the car just right and also perform well.

Thank u so much for ur help

Bill

The Hotchkis don't fit the MR. I'm not a fan of the ride with those springs either. I just installed Swift springs on my IX and I really like them so far. The ride pretty much feels the same as stock. The drop on the Swifts is 1.4 / .8 compared to 1.5 / 1.0 with the Hotchkis so the stance won't be quite as aggressive with the Swifts.
