Question End-link issue!

So after i installed my Hotchkis rear sway bar, i was curious so i looked at my front sway bar. I noticed that the endlink on the passenger side wasnt connected to the chassis or maybe control arm like the driver side. Maybe my mechanic for got to connect it after i got it from the body shop. I tried to move it into the hole and put a nut on it but it requires a lot of effort. So I've been driving like this for almost half a year now. Is the any major problems that could occur and how should i get it back on? Ill take a pic if necessary.

having a disconnected sweay bar wont hurt anything. make sure the threads on the endlink aren't rubbing anything or touching anything when the wheels move up and down. your handling characteristics will definately be compromised though. i would get it hooked up as soon as possible.

oh, and hooking it up is easy if you lift the front of the car up, then use a jack or something to lift the disconnected side hub up so that you can hook it all back together.
