But you probably don't need to spend 10 grand. What do you use your car for? What are you looking for out of your suspension?

2nd, for what are YOUR goals for YOUR car?

Carefully done, an evo should out handle the cars you listed (at least while the cars you listed are in stock form).

In any case more info is needed before this thread will be of much use to you.

911's actually ride very well. Never rode in a Lambo or CGT though.

GT3's are a bit different.

European valving > Japenese valving.

To answer your specific question, NOTHING. I think car and driver did an article a year or two ago showing that an evo could hang with a porsche in every aspect of a race course, and Fifth Gear(british car show) has a segment you can find on you tube showing that a FQ400 can keep up with a new lambo.

What I think every is asking you is "what specifically are you looking to improve?" Do you want a better street ride, autox ride, roadcourse ride, or Autobahn car?? Each answer will be largely different, especially when you driving skill and budget are thrown in. good luck

I suggest Stance, for the price they are made VERY well and have features that most coilovers in the pricerange dont. I know quite a few people with STI, Evos, 350Z's and 240's that have had great success with those. Also if I recall correctly they are quite cheap to rebuild if you ever need too. Derek

Bilstein PSS9's or KW's with custom spring rates and valving. Call GTWORX and talk to Andrew (teh ghey one) or Myles. Don't call after 4pm though, they are busy after that. (wink, wink)

Have you driven Lambo (which one?) or 911 Turbo before?
Do you have a reference point?
I think most of us are kinda confused about what you are referring to.
Both Lambo and Porsche have awd system with rear bias unlike evo.
Are you strictly looking for max G, best track handling, etc.
I think if you specify exactly what you are looking for, we might be able to provide better answers.

That would be Top Gear and not Fifth Gear. Also that FQ-400 has AYC which is a large factor in its handling abilities. We don't have that in the US Evos.

Just talk to Robi (pronounced Rowbe). www.robispec.com He is incredible, knowledgeable, and I'd recommend his KW line. He worked directly with the manufacturer to adjust spring rates and damping specifically for the Evo, with a lot of thought to bad roads.
