Thinking of changing suspension.
I'm not sure why you chose either of those CO (not putting down either one) but how about contacting suspension experts like Robert Fuller (Robispec) or John Muller (Road Race Engineering) for their advice on coilovers.
I'm certain they would be more than helpful.
As far as I know, they both offer staged suspension upgrades to fit your budget.
I plan on going this route as soon as my funds allow.

I would look at the Bilstein PSS9. A lot of people who used the Tein EDFC for the Pro 7 end up just leaving it in one setting. There's a great review on the Bilstein PSS9 and Sustec Pro 7. Try searching for it, might be helpful.

It appears that he likes the adjustability of the Teins/Tanabe. Although the sevens adjust according to speed, I say you should just be satisfied with the Teins. That is unless you really want to spend money.
