I don't have experience with that specific offset or wheel, but I do have experiece with how a +24 offset fits.
As long as you run 255/35's and no wider you should be ok. You will have to roll/pull the rear quarter and mayby pull the front slightly. Also, more neg. camber will help tuck them in some. I'm guessing this is for pure show and not racing since you are planning on running 255's..so running around with too much neg. camber on the street will not be of any benefit, but only make tires wear faster. Maybe run -2f, -1.3r.
They won't be an easy fit but it can be done with some work.

Big big difference. For one thing the Stoptechs on the car in the link you posted give more clearance than the stock Brembos. The Stoptechs caliper isn't as thick/wide overall. That allows him to run an effective offset of +33 in the front. With the Brembos you need an effective offset of around +25. For the rear the range of +33 to +40 is perfect. It'd be an entirely different setup trying to fit up the an 18x9.5 +20.

I just spoke to WorkWheelsUSA/Toda Racing and they said the 18x9.5 +12 would be the only one that would fit without a spacer. The +20 will still require a spacer in the front, just not as big as the +38 would require.

the +20mm offset and 9.5" will make you do some huge pulling on the rear fenders. In the picture on the other thread you can see where they have pulled the rear fender out so much it has creased the quarter

You will only have to roll the rear fenders depending on the srop.....nothing to worry about. Very easy to do.

Wow guys, I just ran across this. First off, the car in the pic is running the wheels WITHOUT a spacer. Yes, it is the +20 offset. I dont know where you guys get this stuff, but damn, thats not right. The guy who said you can see the fender "pulled" in the rear is wrong. There was NO fender pulling, just rolled the lip up. They are an aggressive fitment, its for someone who wants something different, something not everyone has. Its not your typical flat Emotion. I personally think you guys shoud jump on this deal
