Lug wheel closing torque !
Torque levels are really for the studs..can't think of a rim that couldn't withstand torque levels high enough to stretch or break a wheel stud. Torque level for the OEM flat faced nuts is 73 ft/lbs. If you are using convex faced nuts which are usual for aftermarket rims, the torque should be closer to 80 ft/lbs, with a recheck after driving the car several miles. BTW, if you torque EVO studs to around 95 ft/lbs you will begin to stretch them and you'll notice the nuts are hard to get on and off.
