might come off as a noob

sorry bout that but i had a question.. in search of being original i was questioning if it was even capable of changing our 114.3 bolt pattern into a 100 found some crazy rims but only made in a 17* 8 +32 but with 100 bolt pattern this of course is in theory to fit the evo with hopefully minimal modifications.. so wanted to know if it is even possible to change the bolt pattern without it being dangerous (i figured a tire place might be able to do this but dunno) thanks tho and apologize if this is a stupid question

1. It is possible to change them to 5 x 100 with adapters that look like spacers.

2. Not because you can do it,means that it's safe or even sensible.

3. They won't fit because of the offset and the brakes without spacers.

4. Unless you have a Honda (which is what those are most likely made for) why would you want to run a wheel that is narrower than factory?

5. There are enough wheel options in 5 x 114.3 that makes wanting to do this even less sense.

i found a crazy rim from weds sport and i really want to run it.. but if its not sensible then i guess that idea went into the crap shoot.. what are the wheel spec for the stock advans, never came across that and i always thought that this size would fit.. because a 17*8.5 would fit so i figured a 17*8 would be pushing it but close

Factory rims are 17x8. The adapters that change bolt pattern will effectively reduce offset, just like a spacer. With the reduced offset the wheels may well not clear.
