Discovered: Alignment Bolts are set in Opposite Directions??

I am in the middle of changing my shocks/struts and new Swift springs. I have had Hodgkis Springs on for over 1.5 years and had them installed at a shop and then got a "professional" alignment. Up until now the car felt aligned, no excessive tire wear or pulling. So after removing the pass. side with the bolt's arrow pointing towards the car. So I started to remove the drivers side, and the arrow was pointing out away from the car!!! . Is this normal???
I thought they had to be the same on both sides??
Also, I cant get the lower bolt off. I broke two ratchets (Craftsman) and used my "cheap" impact wrench an the borrowed my friends more powerful one and it just cracked the socket!!!!. I used practacally half a bottle of PB Blaster, and no budging. (I have also used a breaker bar) So I guess this is a Two fold problem I really need your guy's help on!!!! Thanks in advance.

How much is your car lowered? Maybe I can check it out for you if you bring it by Just Tires this Sunday between 9am-3pm. You will probably need to heat the bolt to make it turn.

read the note posted in step #4 of this instll guide pertaining to the arrow on the bolt. http://evomoto.com/tech_info.php?tPa...0427aee4034976
as for loosening the bolt, make sure you are loosening the nut not the bolt
