suspension noise, possible growing problem?

so i know the evo is a noise monster, and ive accepted that. recently i heard a noise which i thought came from the suspension. read lots of posts about pillowball mounts, broken sway bar bolts, and bad/warn bilstein. thoes were on worst / bad case scenario. mostly ive come to the conclusion its just a very common noise that happens occassionally. i even had the dealer take apart the suspension, inspect everything, and put it all back together. lately since the weather has cleared up in montana here ive noticed it happens all the time when im driving...like the majority of my turns, bumps, even braking. anyone else have this problem, or a solution possibly? thanks in advance

well the typical clunk noise that seems to be described numerous times on here, from the front end. mainly the driver side, but also sometime the passenger side. i noticed that i doesnt happen when its cold, im wondering if when it gets warm the springs expand and reseat or something. what doesnt make any sense to me is that i dont feel anything in the steering wheel, pedels or anything. just a noise.

Check the tightness of the front lower control arm, rear mounting point bolts. (19mm head that goes straight-up into the chassis)

I've seen them get loose. Usually more of a problem on cars that have been lowered toooo far, but extreme temp changes may have an effect as well. It doesn't have to be crazy tight... just tight, tight :-)

to be honest i havent been able to check it out, or even drive it. ive been tdy and i just got back yesterday. today when i drove it i didnt hear anything, and ive been driving around without music and window down. the past few days have been in the 50s and 60s so maybe its a cold weather problem. but this weekend im installing a o2 fix, apexi intake, and doing an oil change so it will definately be looked at and played with.
