wheel hum

I recently picked up an evo 9 and have noticed an intermittent hum (hmm <pause> hmm <pause> hmm etc.)when the car is at 75+mph and turning slightly to the right. Seems to be a pretty minor thing, but this is my baby and I have to set her right. Do I:
a: get tires balanced
b: get tires alligned
c: get tires rotated
d: all of the above

Granted I would like to do what is necessary, but anything I pay for thats unnecessary is money out of my new exhaust purchase

Thanks

jack the car up and check the wheel bearings. I doubt they would go bad so quickly, but you never know.

IF you bought it new I would take it to mitsu b4 you hit 10k. Anything after that could possibly not fall under warranty depending on the issue. I needed an alignment at 11k and they wouldn't do it. I reported the problem to them at 6k and they kept blowing it off when I had it in for service.
