Driverside front tire rubbing

I could use some help
My front driverside wheel is rubbing up on something when I make left turns. Slight left turns I'm good, but if I try to park in a parking spot thats on my left... *grind*. I do not turn the wheel enough to hit the stops.

Is it possibly just an alignment problem?? I got to imagine parts of my left tire are wearing out faster than the right.

BTW: Everything on my 2005 Evo VIII is stock.

Thanks all.

another embarassment to admit. If you see my previous posts... I know very little about cars... however.... I will google it... find out what it is and check it. Thanks Evr. Atleast I can use this as a learning process.

if the cv boot is worn / torn gravel and other small road debris can get into the joint and cause problems.
