Brake Master Cylinder

Replaced brake pads then proceded to bleed brakes, 3 times using these methods.

(NOTE: after installing the rear pads when I stepped on the brake to let the pistons come out, I heard like a spring give. Now I do not know if that thing I heard was a seal inside that made that gave.)

Also when bleeding the brakes, as soon as I open the nipple right before the pedal reaches the floor there is a noise emitted from the master cylinder, like an accordion sound.

1) Using Motive brake bleeder Right Rear / Left Front / Left Rear / Right Front
Got all bubbles out. Pedal travel was deep, slightly past throttle pedal.

2) Manually bled brakes In same order, 2 man method. I never let the fluid go
past 3/4 full on the resevoir. No bubbles, Still same result.

3) Manually Bled it doing the furthest from the master cylinder first. No bubbles Same result

Performed hydraulic test, where you pump the pedal 3 times them wait if the pedal drop with in 15-30 seconds...it did.

Performed Brake Booster Test, pump pedal again 3 times then start the engine if pedal sink, brake booster is working properly.

The weirdest thing and is driving me nuts is, if the master is faulty which ALL the test points it to be, why doesn't the brake fluid get depleted in the resevoir

Replaced Master Cylinder today, bleed all four corners, NO MORE spongy brakes.
The first seal for the Rear line failed, causing fluid to leak back into the resevoir.

FYI the master cylinder is made by BOSCH. I am sending the unit to Bosch since the company I work for is an authorized Bosch service Center, and see what else could have been cause of failure, and if they can warranty it, or rebuild.
