letmein - You are getting rubbing at the back with 255/40-17? What is the width and offset of your rims?

the rim is 17x9.5 +25 . Car is lowered on Robispec KWs. If I roll the rears, I think it should give me enough clearance . The mark from the fender is on the very edge of the Tire , and the tire marking on the fender lip is also on the very edge.

But man, the pictures I took don't do justice to the wheels. I suck at taking pictures. They look 100 times better in person. Car looks very aggressive now.

Well i just installed a set of 255-40-17 nto1's. And im on the east coast! They actually said they are only available in CA. I have mine on a set of enkie 17x9 +35. NO clearence issue at this time. This is with a new set of Ohlins DFV coilovers.

I checked the discount tire website and they are not listing the tires as available? Are you guys calling or just checking web regurlarly?

you have to call them and they will order 255 size from Nitto . Took 3 weeks to get mine.

No these are for track days, hillclimbs, and auto-x. I did have to at least try them out on the streets to make sure they didn't rub.
