I don't think it'll clear brake, but it'll fit with 235/45 tires.

you need the 17x8.5 with the +31 offset to fit an evo

Personally if that was the look you were going for, I'd get the black Gram Light 57F's in this thread. Those that you asked about are cast aluminum. Cast is weak. You'd me much better off with a forged wheel, especially on the Evo with a stiff suspension.
