If this is ralliart is older, then it means its FWD. You must put the 19X9 on front and 19X8 on back. I like G-Games. Don't do asanti

stoev, please don't take this the wrong way but you need to do some research before posting threads like this.
Since I don't live in Switzerland and not too familiar with evo designation, I'm gonna assume you own an evo 9.
You might want to determine what matters to you the most when you choose your wheels.
To me, performance matters the most.
I want the lightest and the strongest wheels possible.
I want the wheels to be wider to put down more contact patch.
I want the wheels to accomodate larger rotors (for future upgrage).
After the performance aspect has been addressed, I determine which wheels look the best imo.
Of course, you can't ignore their prices.

Staggered size is not recommended for the evos.
However, many track driven evos have put slightly bigger wheels (or different offsets) on the front for bigger contact patch.
Evos like most cars tend to understeer.
To counter you would want to put more contact patch on the front.

If you are choosing wheels to just look good for the show circuit or something, you could disregard all the things I just mentioned.
I'm a little curious why you would want 19" wheels though.

stoev, try starting with this thread first.

Here's another one.

Another one.

Finally, here's one for chrome or polished wheels.

Once again, try searching first.
Eventhough you have to read through some useless threads while searching, there are a lot of good information on this forum.
Learning about our amazing cars.
Isn't that what we joined this forum in first place?
Expecting to get spoonfed is a sure fire way to get flamed here.

Btw, my recommendation (for whatever its worth) is either 17X9 or 18X9 +35 offsets.
You might be able to go .5" wider but might need to roll or shave the rear fenders.
Good luck with your wheels .

IMO neither look like wheels that would suit and evo. they look more like something you would put on a benz
