Besides, the title of this thread is "Coilover advice" not "What's the suspension equivalent of the Warrtalon package
Huh? My suspension cost me over $3k - my only consideration was ultimate performance. This guy said he wanted something around $800-1000. Did you miss that part?

What do Megans have to do with my Warrtalon package? There is no correlation.

Historically you have heavily favored price as a major factor in the parts you have chosen (hence the Warrtalon package). You have excoriated forum members who you have deemed as spending too much on parts. I did mis the $800 to $1000, however, I thought it was worthwhile mentioning a great value that is slightly beyond what he originally asked for. Make sense?

IF you are not going to race your car at all...why don't you just get a set of lowering springs and call it a day?

Because those provide 0 performance gain and will blow the shocks.

Atlvalet, once again, I said I didn't mention the PICs, because they will be double the cost of the Megans, and he has no intention of racing. They would be a waste in this case. Megans can be had for $750, so $1500 is not just "slightly beyond." It's double. As for excoriating people, that's for spending too much for too little, not just for spending money in general.
