Question picking up used tires.....

i am going to pick up a set of regamasters this weekend.
i decided to go 255 40 17 and very luckly i typed that in google and found dunlops sp 9000 on craigs list and he lives very very close to me and at a very very good price.

one of the tire is near new condition but patched near 100 percent tread.

second tire has 8/32

third and forth tire is about 6-7/32

i read the tire matching sticky but do u guys think its okay to have a 2/32 diffrence??

and also if its okay 2 have a 2/32 diffrence would u put the first and second tire on the front or back??

i would always make sure that at least two are the same and other two are the same don't run three different tread depth's 7/32nds 0----0 7/32nds
^
front
9/32nds 0----0 9/32nds

I would think it would be OK. I find it hard to believe that 2/32nds is going to cause catastophic failure of the front or rear diffs. If it's more than that then I may be concerned.
