Need some quick help

Ok i just bought some aftermarket rims and i went out to put them on to see how they would look and guess what they dont fit, they are rubbing against the front caliper..The size 17x9-35mm-5-114..

You could try grinding down the caliper ... but I would be careful doing that ... Did you ask the vendor selling you the wheels whether they fit the EVO?

Yeah and they said it would fit, Found out the spokes are to far in, Now i have to wait for UPS to pick these things up, They are giving me a full refund, but i wanted these for my trip i was going on starting on thursday..

Btw i have another questions if someone could please answer, i always see 17x9 and 17x8...If im running a 245-45-17s, should i go with the 17x8 or the 17x9..

Both will work fine with 245/45/17 ... but the 17x9 will be a better combo, IMHO because you will be a larger contact patch with the tire.

the stock yoko's were 235/45/17. I currently have 17x9 with the same tire size and they are streched to hell (discount tire screwed up ) I think the 245 could really go on either rim size.
