worked for me and after viewing the spreadsheet I don't see any IP problems... It's just a form to record your own settings and track them easily.

It's not just a form for you to record your settings and track them easily. It is very usefull when trying to tune your suspention. Using the "drop down" menu's to view recommended setting for symptons you might have with your coilovers.
