Question Brembo caliper question.

What is the small plastic/rubber cap on the caliper of the Brembos for? Looks like a tire's air valve stem cap.

I did not take a look but I would guess it's the brake bleeder.

Yep protects the bleeder from getting dirt into it.

it means when u bleed your breaks you have to do both sides

of course you must purge the air from ALL four pots in the front and both in the rear. Be careful if you decide to play with the brakes on this car they are rather well worked out.
