Brake Squealing

So last night I installed my new rear brake pads and took it for a ride to bed them in.... after some hard braking the front passenger side brake started making an awful squeal under hard braking all the way until the car came to a complete stop.... So I went back pulled out the pads on the brake checked them and then coating the backside of both pads and putting them back in... I went for a quick spin around the block and everything seemed fine so I went to bed... No this morning on the way to work I was using the stoplights as a chance to further bed the new rear brake pads in and suddenly now the drivers side front brake is squealing soo loud from the moment I touch the brake pedal all the way until the car comes to a stop.... It is loud to the point where I cant even tell if any of the other pads are making any noise.... Is my luck really this bad that after checking and/or replacing all of the other pads the one I dont touch that has never been a problem before now makes this ungodly noise... also there was still probs 60% life left on the passenger side front brake... I'm starting to wonder if maybe its making this noise because I didnt touch that brake or if even possibly it is all of the brakes making this loud squeal and its just because this is the closest one to my head its all i can hear......
I have heard a lot of noises out of brakes before but never this loud
ok I'm going to take it for another ride and see if I can further narrow it down.... I'm open to any suggestions or comments... I have to drive to CA tonight for MOD tomm and I cant stand this noise the whole way.... thanks

What pads? Did you use the OEM shims?

Hawk HPS pads... I think I figured it out.... I had to drop some stuff off for work so while I was driving I stuck my head out the window while braking(i know ace ventura style) and Im pretty sure the noise doesnt actually have much to do with the front and is the new rear pads rubbing against the tiny lip on the rotor (i didnt resurface them) the only problem is I dont really have time to get them resurfaced after work and before I leave for CA..... anyone have any guesses on how long this will take to go away... the lip was tiny because i checked it last night to make sure i wouldnt need to resurface them but apparently it was bad enough..... also kinda weird it doesnt make the noise if i let the car sit for a little while the the first like two times i brake no noise... but after that the sound is insanely loud.

resurfacing your rotors is only going to make them warp..

I'm only having them take the inner and outer lips on the rotors off... this will only be the second time the rotors have ever touched a brake lathe... this should def. not cause them to warp esp. in the rear... possibly it would help to cause them to warp if it were the front rotors which deal with far more heat.

The only way Hawk HPS pads should squeak is if you didn't re-use the OEM shims and aren't using any lubricant between the shims and pad. I assume that you also didn't forget to use the metal clip that holds the pad in place - not putting that back in there would cause the pad to move around quite a bit...
