Lowering Spring Ride Quality

My little bro has a new 07 eclipse and he's just getting into cars. stock they have a huge gap between the fenders and the tires, almost looks lifted hah. Anyway he wants to get it down a little and retain the stock ride quality anyone have experience with something they liked?

Wrong forum for an eclipse but if swift makes a spring for that car i would suggest them along with a good shock like the MR bilsteins. I did that to my car and the ride quality feels less harsh. Although evos have a harsher ride then an eclipse in the first place so i dont really know im just throwing it out there. Usually when you have a lowered car the springs are stiffer thus better handling = reduced ride quality
