Tire noise

My car makes this weird tire noise when I’m going over 45mph and it only does it when i turn my wheel little to the right. When going straight its good or turning to the left but when i turn to the right a little or a lot it make this weird tire noise likes its eating the tire. The alignment is good and balancing but i know i have one problem missing both front tie bars underneath the car the previous buyer took them off and never installed new one will that cause the noise? i got aftermarket coming in this week but just wanted to know if that will cause the problem or not.

Did you try going to the dealer or a local tuner shop or try finding a shop that deals with suspension only?

Check the plastic fender liners to see if they are hitting...
