what do i do here....?

my 2 front tires r pretty bad, one is completely done and needs to be replaced ASAP. the 2 rear ones r ok. i rotated the tires, however, so if the tires do blow, they aren't in the steering. so my problem is, i want to get the falken rt-615's 255/40/17, which r different from the stock 235/45/17 i think it is, what do i do here? should i juss replace all 4 tires at the same time?? not sure what to do.

btw, i didn't know our tires lasted only 12k, never having done tire rotations that is.
