Wheel fitment question

I have a set of wheels from my 350z that I want to put on to drive while I take my stockers off to have some tires put on. They are a staggered setup, I think this is correct:
F: 19x8.5 40 offset 235 tire
R: 19X9.5 35 offset 275 tire

Will they fit and not rub and can I damage anything by having a staggered setup?(Stock ride height) It would only be for a week or so, but I do drive about 30 miles per day.

I read the article on making sure that all 4 tires match, but wasn't sure if that held true to tire sizes, since I would have 2 different width tires on, the rears having more traction due to wider tires.

On any awd or 4wd set up, you ALWAYS want everything to match. Tire and rim size, even treadwear needs to be close to the same all the way around.
