Warped Rotors the Solution?

About 2 months ago, had the rotors machined and pads changed out. About a month ago, with only 500 miles maximum driving after the job, the car began to shake violently when breaking. At first, thought it was my horrible, bald tires. Had the tires replaced yesterday(needed them) and the shaking is still there. I called the dealership, and they told me "warped rotors." They said it would be covered under warranty since I just went to them for a brake job. Hopefully I dont have to pay for something I just had done 2 months ago.

It just happens man. They probably took a little too much off when they machined the rotors.
