Need suggestions on Rotors

I recently spent alot of money on parts for the car and the last thing i need left is rotors, i have some hawk pads sitting.

I need some good priced rotors maybe ebay ones.

Can anyone suggest some rotors that they have had a good experience with.

Also i wanted cross drilled/slotted, What are some cons?
thank you

Performance Friction.

If there is one place not to be cheap, it's your brakes. Going is an option. Stopping isn't. If you want cheaper rotors go OEM. Anything but OEM or more expensive OEM Standard Meeting one's is not a good idea.

Cross Drilled is likely to crack with lots of heat like on the track unless the holes are cast in the rotor. Slotted are ok but again mostly for looks. The PF one's are dimpled which won't crack but will help with heat dissipation alot.

I have had great luck with performance friction 2 piece rotors and PF 97 pads. Many track days and street driving.

Too many threads to count are already searchable on this one:

1. Good call on drilling, nothing but a place for cracks to start.
2. Slotting will improve performance 'a bit', but its loud and make the pads wear out much faster. I don't use slotting even in full race mode.
3. If you go to the expense of a two piece rotor, make sure you get a fully floating rotor. If the rotor ring is ridgidly bolted to the hat, as most 'two piece' rotors are, you might as well save your money and buy one piece rotors.

I use Racing Brake two piece fully floating rotors. I have two full seasons of racing + the 25 Hour on my rear rotors, and one season or racing + 25 Hour on the front rotors, and they are good to go. I'll probably run the same ones in the 25 Hour this year as well.
