Would I have trouble Fitting these?

They are mb motorsports Weapon 17x8.0 and my tires are 245/40/17's? Would there be any issue with fitting the wheels and the tires on the car?

and also is it worth getting these wheels? they are $275 with tires, 2 tires have 30-40% tread and the other two are shot. or should i just repaint my stock ones cause they look ugly as heck....? because repainting them would cost $200
