Ive had my car for about a year now and the guy I bought it from already had lower springs on it ( not sure what kind) . At the time it didn't seem to that bouncy but now it seems to be getting worse. I have a 2003 and Ive done a little research on it and I might need to replace the motor mounts. Even when Im standing outside the car and I push on it , it will rock back and forth and is not stiff at all. I know this is not normal so any help would be appreciated.

check your shocks, maybe there blown already...

just out of curiosity, which springs are on it? Mine came with S Tech FTL, and I think my stock struts are shot

yeah i bet its s-tech, the ricers love those... cheap, low drop and crap for overall performance and life. worse yet maybe u have Htech
