Cusco front sway bar installation

can someone please help me. I am trying to install a cusco front sway bar, as most of you know the instructions are in Japanese. Well, I have busted my head trying to get the old one out, loosened sub-frame, front engine mount, removed down pipe, it still will not come out. There must be some sort of trik to it that I cannot figure out.

I am seriously considering leaving the original in there, after all the benefits are quite small.
