Tein Super Street Damping force question

I have super street on my IX(came with the car when I bought it), I was trying to set the damping force, supposed be 16 levels. But the set on my car, from far soft to far hard, they all have 26 clicks. I remember when I had my Buddyclub racing spec put on my s2000, the manual says few levels are not functional. Wondering how about Tein SS.

I got answer from S2KI:

I have the Tein SRCs and it says there are 16 levels as well, but the adjuster can go for 21 to 29 clicks. I have read to just keep it between the stiffest setting and 16 clicks below that. Don't use the it any softer than 16 clicks back from full stiff. I contacted Tein to see if I did any damage by clicking it through it's entire 29 click range and they said there was no damage but recommend using only the 16 settings from full stiff.
