what is the wheel offset on the 06 evo mr. was wondering if the motegi trac lite wheels will fit ?

 

I believe all stock wheels that come on an Evo VIII or IX have an offset of 38mm. I'd stay as close to that as possible...

 

I thought they were 33...

 

The trac lites in the 17x8 have a +45 offset. They will most likely not clear the caliper.

 

Stock VIII wheels are +38 offset, not sure about IX though. IIRC even the lowest offset traklites were pretty high offset and would need a significant spacer.
you also didn't specify wheel width or diameter or tire width.

 

Stock MR +38 says so in the owners manual
