anybody recomend a great set of replacement tires for the evo....i dont want something thats gonna wear as fast as the stock tires.

please also include prices if you know them

I liked my Azenis...

 

Sumitomo HTR+ are great for snow, rain, and drag racing. In turns they aren't so great unless you pump up the air pressure closer to max. For drag racing they are better than stiff sidewall tires because you can run lower pressure to prevent driveline breaking wheel hop. The Tire Rack carrys them and expect to get at least 2 years out of them. I've managed 1.6 60 ft's, and my friend has cut high 1.5's in his Evo 8 with them.

 

I second that... Falken Azenis 245/40 RT615's

 

Do you have a pic of the 40 series? I put the 45 series on last time, and their about time to be replaced. I might do 40 series this time.
