Whats up everybody, im new to EvoM and just wanted to ask a few questions, and get to know some people on here. I never had an evo before this one and love it. I was always a fan of the German cars but hey this car is a monster. Anyway the car came with HANCOOK ventus tires, which aren't doing me any good, and im getting a set of toyo proxes 4. I know ill see a huge difference all around, just want to get someone else's opinion

seriously, there are hundreds of threads around here that talk about tire choices. use the search feature, and what it will tell you is the Evo really loves the OEM Advan a046 tires; turn in response and grip is awesome.

Hankooks, unless they've released something great in the recent past, and the same with Toyo Proxes, are beyond sub-par tires, but they'll work.. you're missing out on the true behavoir of the Evo by putting on cheaper performance tires.
