Issue with springs...

I just installed some springs (0.9" drop in front and back) on my car. In the rear, I have no wheel gap from the top of the tire to the fender. In the front, I have about a 0.8" wheel gap from the top of the tire to the fender. Does this sound right? If the drop is equal on both sides, why is the gap bigger in the front?...

I currently have a non-MR IX SSL with 18x9.5 Rota P45Rs and 245/40/18 Falken Azenis RT-615s.

yes, they are brand new. But why would the front have a 0.8" gap versus the rear?... Also, the rear rubs A LOT...

The stock fender gap is bigger in the front than the rear. So if your springs drop is the same front and back, your fender gap in the front sounds normal.

Which springs? Evos don't like to be dropped a lot. #1, it increases body roll, and #2 it can bottom out and destroy the stock shocks. If you're so low that you're rubbing in the rear I would swap the springs back and return them.

I have WORKS Springs. I figured since they are specifically for Evo's, they should be fine. I didn't think a 0.9" drop would be that much though...

I've heard good stuff about GTWorx and Swift springs. There's a lot of crap out there, especially when it comes to springs. 0.9" isn't really that much, so you may be rubbing because of the bigger tires. Either way, you will have more fender gap in the front than the rear. The front fenders arch higher than the rear.
